So we moving on it are about 3 kilometers, alright! It’s about 3 hundred meters. So, we are going to.

6.19 – 7.52 mints
- Right now we are at the final destination of our trip. It’s like the home of production for making the Thai Pottery. Well, it is really hard to try that, you know? But I have the guy that he is really good in making the Thai Pottery Village and it’s very interesting you know? A lot of foreigners come here just because of to buy. But the very special promotion is that we can try to make your own pottery. So it is going to be the best experience for this trip. Well, I just want to mention you that. Umm… it’s like in every year this village is effected for the flood about 2 meters and it’s really hard to transport these a lot of potteries into the another house. So, we have to support this village because it’s going to lose. Well, let’s see what is inside this house.

7.52 - 8.14 mints
- The title is Material. And the name of Materials that are: Clay from Patumtani Province, Casting machine, Engraving Equipment, and Kiln. And sound.

8.14 – 11.30 mints
- The title is background and sound. And The island dates only to 1722, when a canal was constructed as a shortcut to bypass a bend in
The Om Kret branch of the Chao Phraya river. As the canal was widened several times, the section cut off eventually became a separate island. The island continues to serve as a refuge to the Mon tribes who dominated central Thailand between the 6th and 10th centuries and have retained a distinct identity in their version of Buddhism and, particularly at Koh Kret, their pottery. So, we glad to take everyone knows about him. His name is Arm, he is 22 years old. We are quite surprise because he is a teenage and why he has to do this work. Because we see this work like a mature work. But he explains to us about he had begun to do this work when he was 12 years old. And now he is 22 years old, that is he has worked for 10 years. He is the generation 4 of his family. And about the material, he orders the clay from Patumtani Province. And then the clay is transported by a truck and across from Wat Sanamnuer by boat. Moreover, we ask hi, about, how he sells the products? He said there are a lot of middleman to order him to do both of nation and international. Such as, China and which day he doesn’t have a work, he will go to open a booth in OTOP in the Shopping Mall. Finally, the conclusion of why he has to do this work when he has been affected from flood every year. Because he loves in this work, he said “ It can’t do anything success if you just like it, but you have to love it “

11.30 – 15.18 mints
- The title is process and Sound. And Here is a step by step look at how he makes pottery. These are the steps he uses every day in his studio. The process of making pottery at our studio is basically the same as you will find at any other true pottery studio in the world today. To finished product he follows the steps that have been established over the centuries by potters on every continent. Every piece of pottery he makes is hand crafted. He does not use the shortcut methods of press molding, buying bisque ware from outside suppliers, or using mechanical devices to make the pots. He does all the wheel throwing on an electric potter's wheel and all the slab pottery is built by hand. The only molding he does is some slump molding of platters, and even then each is made from a slab rolled on the slab roller and cut by hand before being draped into a mold.

- And now he is putting some details in Thai style. It is really hard to do that because he need to be more careful than doing something else if he get just only one mistake then this pottery will be useless and could not see to the customer. The pottery with Thai style in Koh kret is so much popular because most of the customers would like to come here just for visiting some beautiful temples and making some their own potteries. Yes, the customer could make their own potteries because in this case, this guy allows the customer to try and it only cost 50 baht for the mature and 30 for the children. According to the history of Thai pottery, after the prehistoric period the kingdom that emerged at about 1st century was the
Mons. They made considerable ceramics uses in relation to religious symbols in the form of figurines. Ceramics were also used as a building decoration.
15.18 – 15.49 mints
- Sound relaxing while he is craving.

15.49 – 17.05 mints

- Following the Mons were the Khmers who appeared in about the 9th century Little is known about Khmer ceramics because archaeological research has focused on their great achievements in stone and bronze sculpture. The ceramics of Khmer era are quite interesting. Many of the designs include parts from animal and have a dark brown glaze finish. So, in Koh kret, Most of the people who live there 90 percent are Mons then in putting details for the pottery could be effected from Mons style. So after this, we need to put some details and make it smooth so the pottery will be beautiful then go for the burnt processing.

17.05 – 18.34 mints

- He will take us to see the Kiln (We are walking to see). So, let’s see the Kiln, and this is the old that his family used in the past (then we are asking many question from him). And this is the Kiln that he is using. He said before the pot has to be burnt, he need to rearrange to inside.

18.34 – 18.46 mints
